TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE

1. The hob burners will not light.

Check:

that the burner covers are correctly positioned.

2. The hotplate does not work.

Check:

that the corresponding control knob has been set to

the required temperature;

whether there is a power cut.

3. The oven does not work.

Check:

that the oven function knob has been set to the

required position;

that the thermostat control has been set to the

required position;

whether there is a power cut.

4. The oven light does not work.

Check:

whether there is a power cut;

the light bulb (and, if necessary, replace it).

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Before contacting the After-Sales service:

check whether your problem can be put right by

going over the Trouble-Shooting section above;

turn on the appliance to check whether the problem

has been solved;

if it is still not working properly, call our After-Sales

Service.

When calling us, please provide the following

information:

a short description of the fault;

the model number and appliance serial number

The serial number is located at the bottom and on the

right-hand side. It is always visible when opening the

oven door.
