Insert the smooth whisk into the Milk Frother container, add the barley, raw cane
sugar and water and activate the Milk Frother on 65°, after 1 minute add the anise
liquer and liquid cane sugar through the opening in the container lid.

Insert the toothed whisk into the Milk Frother container, add the barley and water
and activate the Milk Frother on 65°, add the liquid honey through the opening in
the container lid. After the program has finished, add the Agar Agar and activate
the 85°cycle, once complete use the maintenance function at 40° until the program
is finished. Use the cream as a topping for the soy pudding.
